Computer Troubleshooters of Beavercreek, Ohio Celebrates New Location

Computer Troubleshooters is proud to announce the grand opening of a new location in Beavercreek, Ohio. Computer Troubleshooters congratulates Cliff Brust, owner of the Beavercreek computer services franchise on his continued success and the expansion of his business. This is the second move for Mr. Brust’s franchise within two years as the demand for computer services from both business and residential customers continues to grow.

Computer Troubleshooters of Beavercreek originally moved from the Brusts’ home to a 400 square foot commercial office and is expanding again with this latest move to a high- visibility 1,000 square foot location. The new facility provides expanded space for computer repair services and a training center in an easy to access Beavercreek storefront location.

Computer Troubleshooters Ranks Near the Top for Fastest Growing Private Companies in Boulder

May 31, 2013 – BOULDER, Colorado.Computer Troubleshooters of Boulder was honored by Mercury 100 as one of fastest growing private companies in the Boulder region. The Boulder County Business Report annually compiles the Mercury 100 list. The list analyzes companies in various industries with the selection criteria based on two-year revenue growth from 2010 and 2012. Computer Troubleshooters was ranked at #6 on the list. The announcement of the Mercury 100 is one of the region’s premier business community’s annual events. This year’s event took place on May 23rd at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield, CO.

Computer Troubleshooters & Geeks On Call Announce 2013 Franchisee of the Year Awards

May 6, 2013 – CLEVELANDCleveland, OH: Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks On Call held their first joint national conference in late April at the Wyndham Hotel in Cleveland. Cleveland is home to Merrymeeting Group’s corporate offices for both Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks On Call. One of the highlights of the four day conference was the announcement of the 2013 Franchisee of the Year awards presented by each company.

Computer Troubleshooters bestowed this well-deserved award on Richard Warren of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. Richard joined Computer Troubleshooters in 1999, making him one of the organization’s earliest franchisees. He became the Master Franchisee for North Carolina in 2000 and is currently an Assistant National Director for both Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks On Call. Richard is appreciated by his colleagues for his skills and experience plus his professional generosity as he spends countless hours coaching new franchise owners helping them become successful franchise owners.

Computer Troubleshooters Management Changes

Computer Troubleshooters Chief Executive Officer Chip Reaves announced his resignation earlier this month. After 13 years at CT, the top tech support franchise worldwide, Reaves will turn his focus to a new project, Bigger Brains.

Reaves’ official last day with Computer Troubleshooters will be March 2; however, he’ll continue to serve as a consultant for several months. He’ll also stay involved with the local franchise, Computer Troubleshooters of Anderson (South Carolina), which he runs with his wife and several partners.

Franchise Business Review Posts Recent Survey Findings Online

DECATUR, GA—Computer Troubleshooters franchisees are generally happy business owners, according to a recent survey conducted by Franchise Business Review, an independent market research firm based in Portsmouth, NH.

The survey asked franchisees questions related to training and support, system communication, franchisor/franchisee relations, financial opportunity, business lifestyle, and overall satisfaction with their business. Seventy-two percent (122) of Computer Troubleshooters‘ franchisees participated in the Franchise Business Review satisfaction survey.
